Massage Therapies
Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits

Aroma massage is a relaxing massage using highly concentrated plant oils, called essential oils, added to the massage oil or lotion. Aroma massage is particularly suited to conditions involving stress or improving emotional-related conditions.
